GoWorkaBit - Business Development Manager (Right-hand to the CEO)
Location: Remote-first (based in Riga, with frequent client meetings)
Language: Latvian (native) + English (fluent)
Level: Senior individual contributor (hands-on sales and market launch)

Salary: 4000-4500€ gross/per month + performance-based bonus
Your mission
Help build GoWorkaBit in Latvia from zero to a real, growing business. This role isn’t just sales – it is about market entry: opening doors, earning trust, building the first client base, and shaping how we win in Latvia.
You will be the CEO’s right-hand in Latvia. Enterprise client acquisition is the top priority, but you will also support the CEO with legal and accounting setup and help create a solid foundation for future growth.
What success looks like in 12 months
Market entry and positioning: You have mapped the Latvian B2B landscape and understand which sectors and companies have the biggest need for a flexible workforce.
First strategic customers won: You have built a strong portfolio of active clients and can demonstrate measurable value through real usage, not just signed contracts.
Pipeline mastery: You consistently generate qualified enterprise leads, maintain a steady meeting cadence, and manage longer sales cycles without losing momentum.
High-impact conversations: You confidently lead discussions with C-level, HR, and operations stakeholders, diagnose real needs, and design solutions that stick.
Launch execution: Latvia’s legal and accounting basics are set up properly, and the first operational routines (sales to onboarding to support) are running smoothly.
Your nature
You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building something from scratch.
You are consultative and commercial, able to ask sharp questions and turn complexity (including legal and accounting topics) into practical decisions.
You are structured, self-driven, and focused on outcomes, without ego.
You are comfortable being both the senior strategic thinker and the hands-on closer.
Must-haves
A strong track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally in enterprise or consultative selling.
Confidence in face-to-face meetings with mid-sized and large companies in Latvia.
Ability to understand and navigate legal and accounting setup topics. You do not need to be a lawyer or accountant, but you must be able to analyze situations, ask the right questions, and move things forward.
Willingness to travel to Estonia a few times per year for team events.
