GoWorkaBit - Active Sales Representative
Location: Remote-first (based in Riga, with frequent client meetings)
Language: Latvian (native) and English (fluent)
Level: Individual contributor (hands-on sales)
Start: As soon as we find the right person
Salary: 3000-3500€ gross/per month plus performance-based commission or bonus
Your mission
Win new business clients in Latvia by booking and running high-impact meetings with mid-sized and large companies, and by converting interest into real, ongoing service usage.
This is not a “sell and disappear” role. We succeed by understanding real workforce challenges and building long-term trust that turns first pilots into steady, repeat usage.
What success looks like in 12 months
Strong meeting cadence: You consistently book quality meetings with the right decision-makers, including HR, operations, site leaders, and business heads.
Qualified pipeline: You build and manage a healthy pipeline of mid-market and enterprise leads and run a disciplined follow-up process.
New client acquisition: You convert clients into active usage and build a portfolio you are proud of, with real value and real retention.
Consultative selling: You ask the right questions to uncover the true problem and position GoWorkaBit as the obvious solution.
Your nature
You enjoy outreach and are not afraid of hearing “no”, knowing it is part of the job.
You are sharp, curious, and coachable, and want to become excellent at consultative sales.
You are organized and track conversations, next steps, and momentum without needing micromanagement.
You enjoy working in a fast-moving, supportive team.
Must-haves
Experience in B2B sales or client acquisition, or a very strong track record of hitting targets in a comparable role.
Confidence in face-to-face client meetings and in running structured sales conversations.
Excellent Latvian and strong English skills.
Willingness to travel to Estonia a few times per year for team events.
