Meconet AS is seeking a Flow Controller/Production Manager to join their Tallinn team. You will manage production flow, ensuring customer orders are efficiently handled and schedules are met. While the main focus of this role is flow control, you’ll have the opportunity to take on broader production management responsibilities and oversee two departments, leading teams of 4 and 8 people.

Your main tasks in this position:

• Manage customer orders, production flow, and ensure efficient production processes.
• Oversee suppliers and material orders to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
• Maintain stock levels to prevent production disruptions.
• Communicate daily with international clients, maintaining strong relations.
• Act as a supervisor to your team, focusing on their development and skill enhancement.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and delivery using LEAN principles.

Requirements:

• a bachelor’s or master’s degree;
• previous experience in a similar role, preferably in production and flow management in an international setting;
• highly organized, proactive, and a team player with strong leadership skills;
• customer-oriented with a strong desire to collaborate with both domestic and international clients.
• fluent spoken and written English skills, a good level of Russian and Estonian is preferrable.

Additional qualities that will set you apart:

• experience with warehouse management, financial management, or supplier supervision;
• proven experience communicating with international clients and managing cross-functional teams.
