About the role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our Latvian clients and platform users. Your mission is simple: make sure they succeed using our platform. This is not just support — this is a relationship-driven role where you guide clients and users from onboarding to long-term success, proactively identify risks, and ensure a smooth and valuable experience at every step. You will collaborate closely with both clients, users, and internal teams, contributing directly to satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key responsibilities

With Business Clients (B2B):

• Lead onboarding and ensure successful platform adoption

• Deliver product demos and guide best platform use

• Build strong relationships through regular check-ins

• Monitor performance and proactively address risks and opportunities

• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to drive client success

With Platform Users:

• Support users via phone, video, and email

• Guide users to effectively use the platform and increase engagement

• Resolve issues with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

• Collect and share user feedback to improve the product and experience

What are we looking for?

• Fluency in Latvian (native) and English; Lithuanian is a strong plus

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients independently

• Confidence using digital tools and delivering demos

• Experience in customer success, account management, or support roles

• Willingness to travel to Estonia a few times per quarter for team meetings and events.
