Avis is looking for a Full-Service Rental Manager to lead and grow the full-service rental business in Lithuania.

In this role, you will be responsible for sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and the overall performance of the Lithuanian full-service rental unit. You will lead a local team, work with key business clients, identify new growth opportunities, and improve sales and operational processes.

In this role, you will:

• develop and implement the full-service rental sales strategy in Lithuania;

• take responsibility for sales targets, budget fulfilment, and profitability;

• build and maintain strategic client relationships;

• participate in key client negotiations;

• monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing dynamics;

• lead, support, and develop the sales team;

• follow up on sales, margins, portfolio quality, and customer satisfaction;

• contribute to budgeting, pricing, financial analysis, and process improvement.

You could be a strong match for this role if you have:

• at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, leasing, financial services, fleet management, or a related field;

• previous team management experience;

• strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;

• good financial literacy and business mindset;

• experience working with targets, margins, budgets, or KPIs;

• analytical thinking, independence, and a strong sense of ownership;

• excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills. Russian is considered an advantage.

Experience in the automotive market, leasing, full-service rental, or fleet management is considered an advantage.

Salary range: 5500-6500€ gross + sales bonus for meeting targets.
