Your responsibilities
Communicate with customers in writing on a daily basis.
Help resolve different situations related to car rental.
Consult customers and partners and provide suitable solutions.
Cooperate with sales, customer service, and other internal teams.
Complete assigned tasks on time and contribute to team goals.
We expect you to have
Experience in customer service and administrative work.
Experience in car rental, tourism, or another service sector would be an advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
Motivation to learn and grow.
Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.
Category B driving licence.
