What you'll do

• Prep and check vehicle documents

• Track contracts and ownership transfers

• Handle invoices and bank uploads

• Coordinate transport and handovers

• Put together sales reports and vehicle photos

• Spot the boring repetitive stuff — then help automate it

This isn't a wait-for-instructions kind of role. You'll use AI tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, n8n — to work faster and smarter.

No dev background needed. Just be sharp, curious, and not afraid to try things.
