Your responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in writing on a daily basis.

• Help resolve different situations related to car rental.

• Consult customers and partners and provide suitable solutions.

• Cooperate with sales, customer service, and other internal teams.

• Complete assigned tasks on time and contribute to team goals.

We expect you to have

• Experience in customer service and administrative work.

• Experience in car rental, tourism, or another service sector would be an advantage.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

• Solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset.

• Motivation to learn and grow.

• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.

• Category B driving licence.
